All schools must meet the new statutory requirements of the Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Health Education (RSHE) guidance. Schools are being encouraged to become ‘early adopters’ by the DfE and must be completely compliant by September 2020. Key aspects are in scope for Ofsted inspection.
