Online compliance

2-day training course for
PSHE lead

This two-day training course covers everything your PSHE lead needs to enable a needs-led curriculum and whole-school approach to ensure measurable impact within your school

  • Understand the new guidance
  • Be able to customise model RSHE policy
  • Be equipped to deliver an in-school skills and strategies INSET session to other staff using the resources provided
  • Conduct age and stage appropriate pupil voice to identify a needs-led, relevant curriculum approach
  • Design a spiral curriculum, using a provided curriculum map
  • Develop confidence in their role, including knowing how to conduct RSHE
  • Learning walk monitoring and understand what RSHE teaching and learning looks like in practice
  • Use creative methods of assessment to provide evidence of RSHE curriculum impact
  • Host an effective parental engagement session, using our provided PowerPoint template and facilitator guide.

A fully customisable template policy that satisfies statutory requirements together with guidance to support your school to tailor this to its bespoke ethos and values.


RSHE skills and strategies
INSET session

Using our package of materials which include facilitator guide and video content, your PSHE lead will be able to deliver a fully resourced RSHE Teaching Skills INSET. This INSET is designed to support all staff to feel confident to teach RSHE using evidence-based, age-appropriate and inclusive teaching pedagogy.


KS1, KS2 and Secondary RSE Solution Resources

The RSE Solution Resource provides an outlined curriculum map which you will be able to customise by adding current initiatives and existing programmes of relevant RSHE delivery to develop a bespoke RSHE curriculum map for your school. Your RSE Solution Resource will also provide you with:

  • Teaching guidance to ensure high quality teaching and learning in the classroom
  • Customisable templates for your policy, letter home to parents and a model scheme of work
  • Six lesson plans for each year group that can be used flexibly
