Using Energy

‘Using Energy!’ makes energy education accessible and fun. This one-day session explores with pupils the fundamental principles of energy saving technology and how simple changes can be made to improve energy usage.

Pupils will learn about how energy is made and used before enjoying an energy tour around Norwich City Football Club. Pupils then work in teams to develop an energy saving proposal for the Football Club.

‘Using Energy!’ will both inspire your pupils and support cross-curricular learning. Pupils will have the opportunity to develop their ability to work scientifically and mathematically, analyse and evaluate as well consider energy, electricity and electromagnetism. What is more, this innovative STEM/Energy project has the potential to continue the learning back in the classroom with FREE associated resource.
