Primary Computing Package New for 2019-2020 This years package will support new and existing Computing Subject Leaders with the new inspection judgement ‘Quality of Education’. The termly network meetings will focus on what the 3 ‘I’s - intent, implementation and impact - will look like for primary computing. Intent: evidencing the computing curriculum with appropriate coverage, content, structure and sequencing and implementing it effectively Implementation: demonstrating subject knowledge, presentation of material, assessment, and feedback Impact: collating first-hand evidence of how pupils are doing, drawing together evidence from pupil interviews, observations, work scrutinies and documentary reviews. The meetings will also provide: support and guidance on creating and updating strategic development plans; an overview of new and developing technologies; training and support on new and existing devices, on-line tools, programs and apps; updates on local and national initiatives related to the all areas of the Computing Curriculum.
