Professional Networks

Professional Networks are designed to support primary and secondary middle/senior leaders who wish to work and learn together as they bring about sustained school improvement and navigate education's ever-changing landscape.

Our Professional Networks will:

• enable schools to keep abreast of international, national and local developments,
• facilitate cooperation, mutual support, the sharing of resources and best practice between schools,
• help develop competent and confident leaders,
• encourage debate about improvements and developments,
• draw on wider expertise in developments within the subject or aspect

They will allow:

• access to informed advisers with subject expertise,
• the opportunity to share concerns, ideas and solutions with colleagues across the county,
• regular access to electronic resources through an online network space,
• email and telephone support from specialist advisers.
