PSHE Solution for East Sussex Schools
We are delighted to announce that East Sussex Public Health has partnered with Educator Solutions to provide all schools in East Sussex with the ESCC PSHE Solution Programme for FREE.
What is the programme?
The FREE programme will ensure your school is ready for the new Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Health Education (RSHE) guidance by September 2020. It will also ensure that your school is promoting best practice teaching, learning and assessment of RSHE.
The evidence-based programme has been designed to ensure a manageable, whole-school approach to embed effective RSHE in your school, providing a lasting and measurable impact on pupil health, wellbeing, attendance and attainment.
What will East Sussex schools get?
- Consultation and Training - initial consultation sessions in June. Training sessions for Headteachers, Governors, Teachers and TA's. More training opportunities coming soon!
- RSE Solution Resource - a complete digital RSE teaching, learning and assessment resource following attendance st Statutory Sorted! course.
- RSHE Curriculum resource map - a complete PSHE scheme of work
- Model RSHE policy - a policy fully compliant with the new legislation requirements, customisable by your school
- Action plan - whole school approach action plan
- e-bulletins and webinars - to support your step-by-step approach to preparing for the new statutory requirements, using a whole-school approach - June 2019 Bulletin - Leadership and Management
- Consultancy - ongoing bespoke consultancy support
- Evidence of impact for Ofsted
- Certification for participation

Sign-up by completing the RSHE readiness checker
Sign-up is easy by completing the RSHE Readiness Checker. This can be completed by any relevant staff within your school and will:
- Sign your school up to the ESCC PSHE Solution programme
- Improve understanding of the minimum requirements on schools to ensure compliance with the new RSHE Guidance
- Provide a RAG rated report that identifies priority areas for development in your school
