Our network enables subject leaders to keep up to date with the ever-changing educational landscape. By using our tried and tested model, the network offers a wealth of opportunities for subject leaders to come together, share ideas and develop their role. 

What are the benefits? 
The network equips a subject leader with the essential knowledge they need to be effective. Each termly session includes a deciphered version of local and national educational updates, to give a subject leader the confidence to make informed decisions in their school. A specific subject leadership focus according to the time of year, to provide the subject leader with support and practical in-school strategies to achieve a sustainable solution, as well as the opportunity to build links and collaborate with others in similar positions. We also maintain a consistent focus on the development of teaching and learning, ‘a bit of maths’, which ensures that the subject leader has something new to immediately take back and share with colleagues in school.
